Official Communication Mailbox: NoverkLoveCheckin@outlook.com

Preamble: This comprehensive privacy policy is independently formulated for Noverk, an exclusive application tailored for intimate couples and partners to record daily moments and complete relationship check-ins. This document elaborates transparently on data collection boundaries, operational purposes, storage specifications, user entitlements and risk control measures. This policy serves as a legally binding agreement between the platform operator and all registered end users.

Any individual who accesses the application, creates personal check-in records, uploads multimedia or textual content signifies unconditional acceptance of every term listed below. Please refrain from using our services if you oppose any clause within this policy.

Section 1: User Access Regulations & Age Barrier

Considering the privacy-sensitive attributes of intimate relationship content and relevant global data protection regulations, Noverk restricts all service permissions exclusively to users aged 18 and older who hold full civil capacity.

Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering accounts, recording relationship moments, uploading photos, editing check-in texts and accessing any internal functions of the application. The platform does not target minors as our service audience, and we will never actively collect any information from underage groups.

Once our system manually or automatically identifies that the current user is a minor, we reserve the right to take restrictive measures including account freezing, permanent data erasure, access prohibition and device blacklisting without prior notification. Legal guardians may contact our official mailbox to apply for data clearance if unauthorized minor usage occurs.

Section 2: Core Service Explanation

Noverk is a private-oriented intimate relationship recording & check-in tool, dedicated to helping pairs in intimate relationships record precious daily moments. The core authorized services provided by the platform cover the following modules:

 Upload and store exclusive photos, snapshots and scenario pictures related to intimate daily interactions;

 Create customized check-in logs, including love diaries, anniversary records, daily interaction notes and emotion sharing texts;

 Long-term localized preservation of all check-in content, supporting real-time query, browsing and content management by users;

 Basic content sorting and classification functions to help users systematically manage intimate relationship memories.

All services of this application are designed purely for users’ private daily use, not for commercial publishing, public sharing or any profit-making behaviors.

Section 3: Data Collection Categories & Acquisition Principles

We adhere to the least privilege collection principle throughout data processing operations. We only collect essential data required to support check-in recording functions, and we explicitly refuse to collect users’ sensitive private data such as real-time location, contact list, facial recognition data, bank information and social account data. The data collected by the platform is divided into two categories:

3.1 Intimate Check-In User-Generated Content

It refers to all private content independently created, uploaded and edited by users, which is the core data of our platform. This category includes intimate interaction photos, couple life snapshots, anniversary check-in texts, emotional diary entries, relationship memo notes and other personalized private content uploaded by users.

3.2 Aggregated Anonymous Diagnostic Data

Non-identifiable aggregated data automatically generated during the running process of the application, used exclusively for platform maintenance. Specifically includes application startup volume, functional module usage frequency, system crash logs, abnormal operation feedback and anonymized device model tags. This type of data cannot be traced to a single independent user and will never be bound to users’ private check-in content.

Section 4: Scope & Legal Basis of Data Utilization

All collected user data will only be utilized within the scope consented by users and permitted by applicable laws. The platform will not expand the usage scope or transfer data to irrelevant third parties without additional authorization. The specific usage scenarios are as follows:

1. Fulfill Service Commitments: Store users’ intimate check-in photos and diary texts, realize content editing, query, browsing and management functions to meet users’ demands for recording and preserving relationship memories;

2. Optimize Operational Experience: Analyze anonymous diagnostic data to eliminate software bugs, optimize content loading speed, stabilize check-in log storage modules and upgrade overall application fluency;

3. Maintain Platform Security: Review uploaded UGC content to block illegal and unhealthy information, maintain a safe and private service environment for all adult users;

4. Respond to User Requests: Utilize feedback information submitted by users to answer service consultations, accept functional optimization suggestions and resolve operational failures.

Section 5: Data Storage Specification & Security Protection Strategy

5.1 Storage Carrier & Retention Term

In consideration of the high privacy of intimate relationship check-in content, all user-generated photos and text diaries are stored locally on the user’s mobile terminal by default. The platform will not actively upload, synchronize or back up private check-in content to remote cloud servers without explicit user voluntary authorization. Users hold absolute ownership and control over all private content.

Anonymous diagnostic data stored on the platform’s encrypted cloud server will be retained for a maximum period of 60 days. After the retention period expires, the system will automatically perform irreversible data shredding and cleaning.

5.2 Multi-Dimensional Security Protection

For users’ private check-in content, the application adopts independent local encrypted storage space to isolate external application access permissions and prevent privacy leakage caused by unauthorized reading. For cloud-stored anonymous data, we implement hierarchical access authorization, operation log auditing and real-time firewall monitoring to eliminate data leakage risks from the source.

Section 6: Third-Party Sharing & Data Confidentiality Commitment

The platform solemnly promises: we will never sell, rent, trade, or publicly disclose users’ intimate check-in content and personal private data to any third-party enterprises, social organizations and individuals for commercial or non-commercial purposes under any ordinary circumstances.

Data disclosure is only allowed under the following three special exception scenarios:

 The user independently issues clear written or electronic authorization to authorize the platform to share specified content;

 The platform receives enforceable legal documents such as official court subpoenas and regulatory mandatory requirements issued by competent government departments;

 It is necessary to disclose partial data to prevent potential network crimes, resolve security risks, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform and all adult users.

Section 7: User Privileges & Code of Conduct

7.1 Legitimate User Privileges

All eligible adult users enjoy complete data management privileges for their own content: freely view, edit and delete single or all check-in records; close the collection of anonymous diagnostic data through device permission settings; inquire about detailed data processing rules via the official support mailbox.

7.2 User Binding Code of Conduct

Users shall independently assume all legal responsibilities for their behaviors within the application: guarantee all uploaded content is legal and compliant; prohibit uploading pornographic, violent, insulting, infringing and illegal sensitive content; forbid using the platform to carry out fraud, illegal publicity and other acts violating laws and regulations.

Section 8: Policy Revision Rules & Contact Channel

Our operation team reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy according to product function iteration, industry standard updates and national legal adjustments. After the policy is revised, the updated release date will be marked at the top of the document, and revision notifications will be pushed through the application’s internal message center.

Users’ continuous use of check-in recording services after policy updates indicates recognition and acceptance of revised terms. For any policy doubts, disputes and service demands, please contact our exclusive customer service channel:
